Scentmaniac covers the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.
Shop4Me Orders
All Shop4Me procurement orders are final sale only and non-refundable, as these are bespoke purchases made specifically on behalf of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement.
Turnaround time depends on the shipping duration for both return and replacement.
Refunds and Credits
Refunds are issued as store credit only.
